N ew Heights truly takes your adventure to the next level. Built in 2014, New Heights is a modern, three-level residence that sits high on the pristine island of Great Guana Cay. The spectacular home offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Sea of Aboaco and is only a short walk from the third largest coral reef in the Northern Hemisphere. New Heights seamlessly blends the exterior with the interior, offering eight outside verandas, patios, and balconies.

With six bedrooms and bathrooms and a lower level apartment, the residence can accommodate 18. New Heights incorporates elements of mid-century, European, and contemporary design and features custom designed furnishings with stain-resistant fabrics.

B uilt with an open concept, the Great Room offers 14- nine-foot French Doors and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, featuring two islands, a coffee/ juicing station, wine storage, a butlers pantry and a desk. In addition to panoramic views of the coast, the islands have seating for five in Philippe Starck chairs.

Combining high style and functionality, the kitchen, gallery kitchen, and bar at New Heights are guaranteed to make any chef happy. Cooking at New Heights is not a chore. With stunning ocean views and an open concept, each space is equipped with high-end tools and panoramic views, keeping the chef engaged with everything around them. The residence comfortably seats 18 and has additional seating options to accommodate anything from intimate dining to large gatherings with friends and family.

For those who don’t like to cook or would like to enjoy a vacation meal without meal preparations, on-site catering is available for purchase through one of New Height’s employees. The property manager at New Heights, can arrange for take out from any of the restaurants on the island as well as catering services from Marsh Harbor.

P erhaps the finest feature of New Heights is its countless outdoor living spaces. The residence offers 360-degree ocean views from almost all rooms and countless outdoor verandas. The main dining area, which seats 10, is under a large covered veranda with ceiling vans and sunset views. The dining deck wraps around to a furnished patio that joins the forty-foot long saltwater pool. Often deemed the most prominent outdoor space of the residence is the third floor loggia. The loggia covers one third of the main house and is the perfect spot for watching the sunset and lounging in front of the flat screen TV and full bar.

J ust steps outside of the great room is New Heights forty-foot saltwater pool. Its proximity, privacy, and size is extremely unique among the other rental homes of Guana Cay. The pool at New Heights guarantees that you will have a relaxing time in the water even if the seas are rough during your stay.

N ew Heights has many spectacular sights. The house is designed to offer both sea and ocean views within the same main living room. Additionally, the upstairs loggia offers a spectacular stargazing platform at night and a protected platform to view the water during the day.

E ach of the four bedrooms in the main residence opens onto a private balcony with stunning views of the water. All rooms have custom designed bed by Mary Boyle, 10-foot ceilings, and custom Brazilian cherry French doors and screens. Make sure to open the doors to the cool, coastal breeze, and listen to the waves crash against the shore, you won’t regret it.

T he main residence has six bathrooms. On the third level enjoy the private tub room with a modern egg-shaped tub, perfect for a late night soak. All other bathrooms are tiled in marble or travertine and the full-size baths have extra large walk in showers. In addition to the main residence bathroom is a luxury outdoor shower with an extra large soapstone sink to wash the sand off your treasures from the sea.

U nlike many other homes on Guana Cay, New Heights offers a lower-level studio space. Complete with ocean and garden views, a private entrance, patio, and french doors, the studio is the perfect place to relax. Additionally, the space has countless amenities including: a kitchen, bath, living space and sleeping area.

N ew Heights is just seconds away from one of the most pristine beaches on the island. Enjoy the ocean breeze, crystal clear water, and wildlife. Additionally, the Sea of Abaco is on the other side of the residence. The seaside is extremely calm, clear, and perfect for paddleboarding and swimming.

N ew Heights is the most eco-friendly home on Guana Cay. From its conception, New Heights was designed with the environment in mind. It features many state of the art systems such as gray water recycling, rain collection, on-site vegetable gardens, high-efficiency air conditioning and appliances, and a saltwater pool.
